Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on used or personalized products.
To start a return, contact us at hello@faunaskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns due to personal preference (for example, you changed your mind) are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without a previously requested and approved return will not be accepted. You can reach us with any return questions at hello@faunaskin.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out right away if anything's wrong if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@faunaskin.com and we'll get a fresh replacement out to you. We want you to love what you ordered, so if a replacement isn't the right fix for any reason, just let us know and we'll work with you to make it right.
Because our products are natural and sensitive to heat, we ask that you bring your package indoors promptly during the summer months to avoid melting. During peak summer, we ship express where available and use insulated, heat-reflective packaging to protect your order though please note that even these precautions have their limits in extreme temperatures.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Refunds
For eligible preference-based returns, we'll notify you once we've received and inspected your item and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (less the $5 return shipping fee) within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@faunaskin.com.
